针对超宽带不等分功分器难以设计的问题,基于切比雪夫变换得到了一种超宽带功分器的设计方法,该方法可以根据工作带宽要求调整变换级数,而且输出端口之间的功率分配比在一定范围内可以连续设计。采用此方法设计了一个四倍频程的超宽带功分器,仿真结果表明,在2~8GHz频段范围内,各端口的驻波比小于1.27,输出端口之间的相位一致性优于±0.3°,输出端口之间的隔离度小于-19.7dB,而且输出端口之间的功率分配比在1.47~1.54之间,和要求的功率分配比1.5符合很好。 |

Abstract: |
In order to improve the design of ultra wideband power divider,a design method is proposed based on Chebyshev transformation in this work. The transformation levels can be adjusted to match the operating bandwidth. In addition,different power split ratios can be gotten by the means of the design method. Then a fourfold frequency ultra wideband power divider is designed by using the method. The simulation results show that the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of all the three ports is less than 1.27,the phase consistency of the output ports is better than ±0.3° with the isolation of the output ports is better than -19.7dB. And the power split ratio is between 1.47 and 1.54,which coincides with the 1.5 design goal. |
