一种安防雷达性能评估的新方法

摘要:
提出了一种评估安防雷达性能的新方法。该方法利用搭载便携式高精度GPS (Global Positioning System)的无人机作为安防雷达被测目标,利用安防雷达实时录取该无人机目标数据,通过无线通信网络将便携式高精度GPS的定位数据从无人机回传至评估系统,经坐标变换将无人机定位GPS数据转换成以安防雷达为中心的极坐标数据,通过以太网接收雷达探测到的无人机目标数据,将无人机位置数据与安防雷达目标数据在评估系统终端上进行同步显示,再根据GJB 74—1998要求对探测威力、精度、发现概率等进行实时在线指标计算,满足对安防雷达的性能评估要求。

Abstract:
A new approach is proposed for evaluating the performance of security radar. An unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) carrying portable high precision GPS is used as the target to be detected by security radar. The target data are extracted by security radar in real time. The portable high precision GPS data are sent to the evaluation system from the UAV by wireless communication network. Then the UAV GPS location data are converted by coordinate transformation into the polar coordinate data making the security radar as the center. We get the UAV target data detected by security radar from Ethernet,and UAV GPS data and target data can be displayed on terminals for performance evaluation at the same time. The evaluation system can calculate the index of detection range,precision,and detection probability according to GJB 74-1998,meeting the requirement of performance evaluation for security radar.
