针对利用地基雷达对空间目标进行观测以判定其运动状态的问题,提出了一种采用经典功率谱估计对RCS特性数据进行处理,获取目标的滚转频率,根据空间目标姿态稳定特性,实现对空间目标三轴稳定、旋转稳定和翻滚三种运动状态进行判别的方法。该方法主要由数据预处理、数据分段、功率谱估计和目标姿态稳定性判别等步骤组成,具有精度高和易于工程实现的特点,对非合作空间目标的运动状态识别具有重要价值。基于不同观测时长和数据率的雷达实测数据试验表明,该方法可实现对空间目标运动状态的准确估计。 |

As for the motion status identification of space object using ground-based radar, a new method that uses RCS data to identify the motion status of space object by estimating the rolling frequency with classical power spectrum estimation and attitude stability characteristics of space object is proposed. This method can identify three motion statuses: three-axis stability, spinning stability and rolling. The proposed method in this paper can be separated into such steps as data pre-processing, data segmentation, power spectrum estimation and object attitude stability distinguishing. It is characterized by high precision and easy engineering implementation, and has an important significance for recognizing the motion status of non-cooperative space object. The experiment based on real measured data of space object with different observation duration and data rate shows that the proposed method can estimate the motion status accurately. |
