高机动性是电子装备提高战场生存能力的重要手段,本文针对某新型机动测控站高机动性以及机动中工作的要求,设计了一种高度集成的一车一站式车载机动测控站,对其从整车布局、人机工程、热设计等多角度进行了详细介绍,其共形相控阵天线阵面的设计既保证了系统空域的覆盖,也为内部工作人员创造了优良的工作环境,通过专业软件对系统天线舱的力、热、磁、噪声等性能的分析评估,证明相关设计满足要求,其设计思路可为后续类似系统的研制提供借鉴。 |

Abstract: |
High mobility is an important means to improve the battlefield survivability of electronic equipment. In this paper, a highly integrated vehicle-mounted mobile measurement and control station is designed for the high mobility and the requirements of mobile work. It is introduced in detail from the perspectives of vehicle layout, ergonomics, thermal design and so on. The design of conformal phased array antenna not only ensures the coverage of the system airspace, but also creates an excellent working environment for internal staff. Through the analysis and evaluation of the force, heat, magnetic, noise and other performances of the system antenna cabin by professional software, it is proved that the design meets the requirements. The design concept can provide reference for the development of similar systems in the future. |
