针对作战平台高机动、机构运动、所处地形复杂、外部环境多变等特点,车载相控阵雷达要准确测量目标位置,高精度的天线指向尤为重要。以车载相控阵雷达天线为研究对象,研究了机械指向误差的来源,所有误差进行建模评估和敏感度分析,结合工程实现对各装置进行精度分解、设置传感器进行监测,从设计角度进行精度补偿、保证。根据各装置的特点,分时分段测试各装置及整车状态下的精度,结合测试仪器精度和测试数据,对天线机械指向进行补偿,结合远场两种试验进行验证。经数据比对,该天线指向精度分析与测试方法可以提高车载相控阵雷达天线机械指向准确度和可信度,具有一定的工程参考价值。 |

Analysis and Test Methods for the Pointing Accuracy of the Vehicle-mounted Phased Array Radar Antenna |

Abstract: |
In response to the characteristics of high mobility of combat platforms, mechanical motion, complex terrain, and dynamic external environments, achieving high-precision antenna pointing is crucial for vehicle-mounted phased array radars to ensure accurate target positioning. Focusing on the antenna of vehicle-mounted phased array radars, this study investigates the sources of mechanical pointing errors, establishes error models for evaluation and sensitivity analysis, and allocates precision requirements for components based on engineering feasibility. Sensors are deployed to monitor deviations, while design-based precision compensation and safeguards are implemented. Precision testing is conducted for individual components and the integrated system under segmented conditions, leveraging instrument accuracy and test data to compensate for antenna mechanical pointing errors. Validation is performed through two types of far-field experiments. Data comparison demonstrates that the proposed analysis and testing methodology enhances the accuracy and reliability of antenna mechanical pointing in vehicle-mounted phased array radars, offering valuable insights for engineering applications. |
