摘要: |
高频(X波段及以上)有源阵列天线受限于空间尺寸限制,难以直接实现二维阵列方向的扩充。本文提出的一种微波数字复合而成的二维扩充瓦片有源阵列模块,该模块采用多层印制板堆叠技术工艺,集合低频和射频馈电网络、模拟电路与数字电路的一体化功能,是实现有源天线轻量化小型化的关键设计。亦详细描述瓦片有源阵列天线的集成架构和其综合馈电网络设计。有源阵列天线阵面波束性能的仿真结果和原理样机的测试结果验证X波段二维扩充瓦片模块和阵列天线的可实现性。 |

Abstract: |
Limited by space size, it’s hard for high-frequency (X band and above) active array antenna to expand in two-dimensions directly. One kind of two-dimensional scaled module based on microwave digital composite substrate is proposed in this paper. The stacked multi-layer PCB is applied for the module. The module that combines the low frequency and high frequency feed networks, analogous circuits and digital circuits is the key design for miniaturization and light -weight of tile antenna. Also, the integrated architecture for the tile antenna demonstrator and its key circuit design are described in detailed.The simulation results of antenna beam performance and the test results of antenna demonstrator verify the feasibility of the two-dimensional scaled module and active tile array antenna. |
